I’ve been a Matterport 3D user since 2018. My team and I have scanned over 4,000+ properties–everything from houses to factories to gas stations.
As a user and business owner, I grew tired of the pain around managing models, hosting and collecting payment from clients. A few times a year I’d try to send invoices to clients tracked in an excel spreadsheet but it was just not sustainable. Soon I had over 700 models to manage.
We built it to use it.
We built Tour Parking Lot out of necessity.
We needed a single place to manage models, track client ownership and automate subscription renewal. When we launched the beta version for our own photography business, we collected over $1,000 in subscription revenue the first day using Tour Parking Lot’s automated email feature.
We knew we had to make it available to other Matterport users.
your hosting fees are your money.
Tour Parking Lot does not make money off of the subscription revenues you collect. We charge a simple monthly fee of $50 for access to the app.

You can use Tour Parking Lot on the go with our mobile app or use the web-based application experience. There is no software to download or install.

If you already use Stripe as a payment processor for your business you are ready to go! During the short implementation call we will help you get your Stripe settings set so that you can start collecting subscription revenue.
Easy to upload your data
Simply download the statistics csv file from your my.matterport account and drag-and-drop it into our form and voilà – all of your models are updated in your dashboard with the latest data and ready to action.
